I'm not in Utah but we've had hardly any at all and what snow we did get is long gone due to the temps being 20 degrees above normal. We are going to be fucked this summer since even the mountains don't have any snowpack.

Eastern Washington. We've had the pineapple express coming through off and on all winter so there is very little snow left anywhere. We average something like 48 inches for a winter down here in the city but I doubt that we've had a foot. Things aren't much better in the mountains since the snow level has been above 7,ooo feet and our mountains don't get that high until you hit the Rockies.

I'm over by the Idaho border so I don't know for sure what the situation is over toward the Cascades but as warm as the entire state has been I can't see it being very snowy. I know the main passes over there have been clear almost the entire winter.
